Planning Your Wedding Florals
This will cover a few details that will help guide you through the floral process during the planning stages of your wedding.
The First Step. Your Scentsational experience begins with a coffee and consultation, in which you are asked to bring as many samples, pictures, swatches etc... as possible to help us understand your style. Once we have discussed your pieces we will provide you with a quote based on your budget.
Our Exclusive Attention. When you have decided to use Scentsational Stemz as the official Florist for your wedding, we request a non-refundable 10% deposit on the total amount quoted. This deposit assures that your wedding has Scentsational Stemz’ exclusive attention. We have found it unfortunate that many florists will book several weddings per weekend during the prime wedding season, increasing stress-load and confusion for both the shop and the bride. However, at Scentsational Stemz we give our brides the exclusivity they deserve. This deposit reserves your wedding date and guarantees that it will not be double-booked.
Changes and Alterations. Feel free to contact us at any time up to four weeks prior to your date to discuss your flowers: add a corsage, switch your colors, rent another pillar - anything you need to change, in order to make your day exactly how you’ve envisioned it! Four weeks prior to your wedding date, Scentsational Stemz requires the remaining balance be paid in full, and additional alterations may or may not be possible.
The Big Day. On the day of your wedding we will deliver your bridal party flowers before your photoshoot, and set up all ceremony and reception flowers. You can just relax and enjoy the day!
